Splash Takeovers has been hosting couples-only, clothing-optional lifestyle/swinger hotel takeovers for over 10 years.
Each year you can expect a full hotel takeover with hundreds of sexy guests. Couples come from all over the world each year to attend; we always sell out! Pricing Policies
You always pay only one price for our events! Your registration fee includes your room for the entire convention as well as all entertainment, parties, seminars, and late-night fantasy rooms. You are responsible for your food and drink.

CAPP: Consent awareness policies program
Splash Takeovers provides on its Policies Page a consent video going over the event's basic consent policies. The goal of the video is to help ensure a basic awareness and understanding of those policies. An informed guest is a safer guest.
Safer Space Advocate™
A Safer Space Advocate™ is responsible for successfully implementing the various Safer Play Spaces™ Programs. Splash Takeovers has a dedicated SSA to help ensure a safer, more pleasurable experience.
Safer Space Certified Staff™
Safer Space Certified Staff™ are staff that have gone through an orientation process that helps to ensure best practices are being utilized. Splash Takeovers ensures their staff follows a set of standards prioritizing the safety of it's guests.
